It’s a crime to take away a man’s cahones!

I’m sorry, but after hearing a new report out of Italy, I have come to the conclusion that Italian men are p***y a** b***ches! Because of a dispute between two asinine cousins, it is now illegal — that’s right, illegal — to say that a man has “no balls.” What the what?

Italy’s highest court ruled that telling a man he has “no balls” as an insult is a crime punishable with a fine because it hurts male pride. Boo-freakin’-hoo.

The case was brought to the supreme court by a lawyer named Vittorio against his cousin Alberto, a justice of the peace, who uttered the offensive phrase during a heated courtroom debate in the city of Potenza.

According to the judge, Maurizio Fumo, the ruling was made because: “Apart from the vulgarity of the term used, the expression definitely also has an injurious quality. It refers not only to the target’s lack of virility but also to his weakness of character, lack of determination, competence and coherence — virtues that, rightly or wrongly, are still identified as pertaining to the male gender.”

The court also agreed that the words could severely damage Vittorio’s reputation…with both the ladies and the gents.  His lawyer argued that his cousin made him seem “worth less than other men because he did not have the attributes.”

Alberto has now been instructed to pay Vittorio an undisclosed fee for name-calling.

I mean, for real guys? If any of you ladies start swooning about the macho Italian male to me ever again, I want you to remember this story. Italian stallion indeed. Maybe on the outside…because inside, these dudes are nothing but prancing little show ponies. Yeah, I said it. Want to fine me?
