Never say never — hope is not lost

Forget Rosalia — my middle name should be ‘late to the party.’ Why? Well, as I was perusing Craigslist last night (ostensibly to help someone find an apartment but also to find myself a beach cruiser) I noticed the ‘Missed Connections’ section. What a brilliant concept! If you’re tripping along as blithely unaware as I was, I’m urging you to read this and pass it along. Don’t you fancy the idea of being someone else’s ‘missed connection’? Isn’t the thought that a guy noticed you enough to take a long shot and post on a random website in the hopes of actually meeting you totally romantic?  more…
