The Drive star is my perfect man

I know I usually talk about international dating and feelings, but today I thought I’d try something a little different. I don’t usually dig actors. They’re all so full of themselves and smarmy, a front for hiding their crippling insecurities. And aside from banging on about old “Golden Eyes” Robert Pattinson (I must confess to pining for his Twilight character over the dirty man himself), I don’t get starstruck. Fact. Still, everything I read about Ryan Gosling convinces me that he is “the one.” Why? Read on. They are nearly always successful. I can’t switch from meaningful to meaningless in the bat of an eyelid, but I’m completely in awe of girls who can. Blake Lively, you are my hero. more…

You know a club is going to be massive when Jay-Z, Beyonce, Blake Lively, Cameron Diaz, Yankee third baseman Alex Rodriguez and Jared Leto turn up for its opening. But would you really have expected anything less from nightlife impressarios Louis Abin, Jason Strauss, Marc Packer, Rich Wolf and Noah Tepperberg – the same guys who have managed to keep Marquee one of the longest-lasting nightclubs in NYC? I’d say not. This is why Marquee Las Vegas is destined for greatness — but I, for one, am NOT a fan of the guys that are going to be fighting to hang out there. more…
